Easy Use Directions:

1. Remove the cotton and soften the earplugs with your fingers/hands (make sure your hands are perfectly clean).

2. Adapt the shape and size so that it fits your ear canal.

3. Gently insert the earplug in your ear.

4. Pull your earlobe slightly back to rid your ear canal of air. This will help you avoid ringing in the ears and allow the earplugs to slip in easily.
